Calling All Club Officers!
Be sure to attend Officer Training presented by our District 39 TM Leadership Institute. You not only get your term off to a good start, you help our club in the TM Distinguished Club Program.
You've taken the first step in the leadership track by volunteering to help Babble On as part of its Executive Council. The second step is to get the tools and ideas you need to be successful....and what better place than Officer Training? Classes are expected to begin in June. Check the District website for specific locations, times, and classes.
Be sure to attend the upcoming 2009 District 39 Spring Conference May 15 and 16, 2009, in Elk Grove!
Babble On has already paid its club registration to that any members may attend the classes for free. They have a great schedule of speakers lined up!
There is a fee for attending the other events. The contests will be held immediately after and in the same room as lunch and dinner. Please note that you can register for "contest only" seating if you want to attend the speech contests without dining.
Friday Night is always fun and this Spring it will be a red carpet Oscar-type event. Check the District 39 website for details on location, schedule, fees, and registration.
